Custom Home Builds

Baja California Real Estate has a construction crew of up to 33 home contractors that remodel and build new homes from Rosarito to Ensenada, in Mexico. Our team has over 20 years of experience and build according to US code standards.

Our Project Manager is an energetic professional that can manage multiple jobs at the same time. Our compliance with local government permits and city codes is always our first priority. Americans and other foreigners wishing to live in Mexico need a team that is honest, transparent, and understands the difference between quality work and how other contractors may cut corners. We don't cut corners to get the job done. We take the time to explain what is necessary for the type of home the customer wants and what price it is going to take to get this long-term quality. The lowest price is not always the best, but the customer chooses which contractor they will use and accepts responsibility for the outcome of their build. So it is up to the customer to explain their desires and the future sustainability of the home they wish to build.

We also have architects, structural engineers, window and door suppliers, and other professionals to refer the customer to. We are known for building sincere relationships with all of our suppliers and manufacturers. We respect each contractor and make sure they are paid well for their work, including the social security/workers' compensation that may be necessary in case of accidents or injuries on the job.

It is our pleasure to quote on your remodel or new construction, but before we can do that we need a copy of your architectural drawings and plans. This is the only way to quote accurately. If you don't have these plans yet we can refer you to architects to help you design the home of your dreams.

Please contact us for more information on these or any of our services at 619-547-6621. We respectfully look forward to working with you.

Thank you,

Diane Webster
